I was just here at this pet shop and my kids wanted rats. We left with 3 rats, all the supplies we needed and so much knowledge. The guys in this store are extremely helpful and know everything about their pets! I cant recommend a better place to go! Especially if youre looking for a new pet for your child. I was also able to hold the snakes which was a super cool experience.

Super friendly people, cool animals. Had a spicy kitten when we visited and it was noted on the crate. Just kinda funny. Rabbits roaming the store, that was cute. Some exotics, turtles, bearded dragons. Beef cheek non rawhide chews, dogs loving it right now. Got the blueberry one. Friendly staff as well. Nice place to visit.

Such a sweet store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. We got our first family pets here (gerbils!) and they educated us on everything we needed. Come check it out!

My daughter was asking for a gerbil of her own. I checked the website and found a cutie that would be ideal for us. I would much rather rescue an animal that needs a home as much as possible. Maria was wonderful from my first phone call asking about the process to even the support in the store. A young man helped show us the gerbils they had and it was so nice to get to handle them so we could see if they would choose my daughter. They sold us the little wooden home that was with them and even provided some of their bedding to a familiar smell came home with us to help adjustment. I forgot the bag of food at the store when we left and the young man even brought it to me. I can't say they have anything but the best customer service. I will certainly be back. Thank you Critters for our two new friends. We are so happy to provide them a loving home.
